LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

LOYALTY - DUTY - RESPECT - SELFLESS SERVICE - INTEGRITY

WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY?

Our Leadership Academy is a program created by Master Chris Haleva. It's designed to educate students about the importance of good leadership and to provide a foundation for developing leadership skills. This program has different levels and challenging milestones to achieve. As students advance through the levels, they will continue learning valuable skills, gain experience through leading other students, and achieve higher level certifications and responsibilities.

Learning good leadership habits will help children build confidence, self discipline, public speaking, and excel in activities like group projects and team sports. These skills will continue to evolve and benefit them as they grow older.

"Good leadership skills should be something all black belts demonstrate in and outside of the dojo.  I want my students to have every tool possible to become a great leader. I want them to understand that a leader does everything for the wellbeing of their student/team, not to feed their ego or pride. This is why I created the Leadership Academy."     - Master Chris Haleva
