We offer private 1-on-1 kickboxing sessions for teens and adults of all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, our sessions are designed to help you hit your goals hard.
Our program blends:
- K-1 Kickboxing
- Muay Thai striking and clinch work
- Taekwondo spinning and turning kicks
- Judo ukemi (falling techniques) for safety during sweeps and trips
Whether you’re a beginner or come from a background in Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo, or wrestling—we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you level up.

Our Hybrid Kids Kickboxing Program combines the energy of kickboxing with elements from Taekwondo and Judo, offering a fun, challenging, and safe environment for kids to grow.
Training Includes:
🥋 Punching & kicking (hands, feet, elbows & knees)
🏃 Running, jumping, rolling, falling, & sweeping
🥊 Heavy bag & speed bag work
💪 Conditioning & endurance drills
🤼 Light contact sparring
Your child will build:
