We offer private 1 on 1 kickboxing training for teens and adults of all ages.
Our program is a mix of K-1 kickboxing and Muay Thai for a unique and well-rounded experience. We also integrate Taekwondo spinning/turning kicks, and Judo ukemi techniques to prevent injury when falling from leg trips and sweep.
Whether you are experienced or brand new to kickboxing, we have a training program for you. We have athletes who come to us with backgrounds in Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo, and wrestling. We also have students who are complete beginners.

Private training fees:
60 mins: $30
90 mins: $45
As always, we never do contracts or long term commitments.
